Tetsu Sushi Bar

Operated by owner/chef, Tetsu is a hidden gem located in downtown Vancouver that offers daily fresh fish shipped directly from Japan. Selections include authentic choices such as Hokkaido scallops, shima-aji, and japanese saba. Tetsu SUshi also offers at-the-bar omakase - a selection of sushi/nigiri chosen by the chef based on the day's availability. Seating is limited so reservations are recommended.
